Programmes

We are pleased to announce a new and exciting choral society project, launched in 2016. Festa Veneziana is a programme of Venetian polychoral repertoire designed for performance by choir voices, 8 wind players, organ and two tenor soloists:

• A complete programme for choir and instruments, thoughtfully compiled and bound for ease of use, with performance materials supplied by His Majesty's Sagbutts & Cornetts at £10 per copy.
• Clear performing editions, complete with piano reductions for rehearsal purposes.
• Contains a number of previously unpublished editions not available for purchase elsewhere.
• Play to your choir's strengths! Festa Veneziana includes a selection of choir-only pieces to chose from, with the option of flexible instrumantal scoring to provide support where necessary.
• Includes large-scale pieces involving choir, instruments and soloists contrasted with smaller vocal and instrumental items.
• Historical performance suggestions accompany each piece to accommodate all levels of experience with historical repertoire.
